The Award is tagged FUPRE MERIT AWARDS [FMA] is an annual Award event hosted by Moxie Entertainment. It is aimed at Celebrating and Rewarding Excellence among Students & Staff of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun, Delta State and some selected youths and leaders with outstanding achievements and leadership roles under the year of consideration...
The Award has three (3) categories namely;
Category A: STUDENTS & STAFF
Category B: YOUTHS
Category C : MERIT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE/SERVICE

Fifty (50) Awards in total will be presented. Thirty five (35) awards for category A, Ten (10) awards for category B, and Five (5) awards for category C.
The procedures includes for the award includes
NOMINATION PROCESS: this will be done online on the official website, manual nomination forms will also be given to all students. The top 4 nominees per category would be up for voting.
VOTING PROCESS: this will also be done online and also via SMS to the FMA short code.
COMPLILATION of results by media partners and the committee.
PRESENTATION of the Awards.
The major aims for this award include;
To celebrate and reward excellence.
To motivate and encourage students and youths.
To inspire other students, to wake them up and get them working the way they ought to.
To create an avenue where the totality of students can come together under one roof, interact and have fun.
To bring out the best in all students, making them to discover their talent(s) as others would be rewarded during the event.
